The aim is to design and implement a robust Learning Management System (LMS) that caters to a wide range of educational needs, encompassing students from Grade 1 to graduation , offering user-friendly, advanced features for seamless online and offline access to all stakeholders.
We are seeking vendor partners to participate in the development of this University-Based LMS program, spanning a period of 45 months. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering the end product, starting from scratch. Comprehensive information about the program will be provided initially to enable vendors to prepare detailed proposals and quotations. Following a thorough screening process, the project will be awarded to the most deserving vendor. This partnership presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative educational initiative that will impact students and faculty along with other agencies across 12 Universities in the United States.
The proposed LMS will serve as a transformative tool for enhancing the quality of education across 12 universities, catering to students from early education to graduation. Its emphasis on accessibility, collaboration, and innovation ensures that it meets the diverse needs of all stakeholders while fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. The tool must function seamlessly in both online and offline environments, capable of supporting over 200,000 simultaneous users. As these universities are government-funded, the project will be ongoing and is intended for expansion to other educational institutions upon successful deployment within the current scope.
The presentation shall give you a clear idea about our expectations for the project and the requirements for the same.
